The Chicago Young Republicans (CYRs) have been recognized as the best large YR group in the nation by the National Federation of Young Republicans at their 2016 Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. In addition, for the third year in a row, the CYRs won an award for maintaining the best digital/social media presence and ChicagoYRs.com won Outstanding Club Website.
These awards further validate all the work the group has done over the past year to recruit and activate new members, manage overall communications and organize meetings, happy hours and large events throughout the city.
The CYRs will continue to build upon past successes in the run up to the 2016 Presidential race as well as the federal, state and local races in Illinois.
